the inoshishi clan lives directly in the hospital. many don't understand why they would do this because hospitals are very rough and sad places a lot of the time, but the inoshishi clan is devoted to helping people and are on call 24/7. they want to be as close to the hospital as possible so that they can get to a patient as fast as they possibly can.

heiwa hospital is one of the world's best hospitals, despite being the newest. when the inoshishi clan moved from iwa to heiwa, they brought the best medical nins with them and alongside the kuroshiro clan, they built the hospital.
